Refunds, terms and privacy

Refund policy

Our letters and certificates are digital files you receive right away. If something is wrong with your file, such as a misspelled name you typed correctly or a file that won't open, email tim@coinstellations.io or use our contact form within 30 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you in full.

If you're unhappy for any other reason, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund your purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered on the website right after payment. Nothing is shipped. You need a device that can open a PDF and, if you want paper copies, a printer.

Terms of sale

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Each personalized letter purchase is for one child and for personal, non-commercial use. You may print as many copies as you like for your family. All artwork and text remain the property of Daddy Says Productions LLC.

Santa's letters are a holiday keepsake. They do not promise that any particular gift will be given.

Privacy

The details you type to personalize a letter, such as a child's name, age and hometown, are used only to draw the letter in your own browser. They are not sent to us or stored on our servers.

When you pay, Stripe collects your payment details and email address to process the order and send your receipt. We receive your email address and order details from Stripe so we can help with support and refunds. We do not sell or share your information.

If you send a message through our contact form, we keep your name, email and message only to reply to you.
